Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer 7 days hassle-free return & exchange from the date of delivery

  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn/used, a refund or exchange will not be provided.
  • PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 


  • In case of any damage or defect, the same must be informed within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

 

  • Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colors or sound quality.

 

  • It must be noted that it is the customer who has to bear shipping charges associated with all products to be returned or replaced in case of disliking or non-satisfaction. If you have placed a replacement request, the time duration for delivery of the new item will be communicated to you after completion of all necessary formalities.

Any items purchased during a Sale or SEASONAL SALES or Combo Deals or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
